The Kings Ark Mingle+ Marketplace connects global buyers and sellers in a B2B environment. These terms govern all transactions and interactions within the marketplace.
Paid Seller Access
To list products and post content in the marketplace, sellers must maintain an active paid subscription. This ensures quality control and provides resources for platform maintenance and support.
Subscription Tiers and Features
- Basic ($29.99/month): Up to 10 marketplace items, 5 reels per month, basic analytics, email support
- Professional ($79.99/month): Unlimited marketplace posts, unlimited reels, advanced analytics, priority support, featured listings, custom branding
- Enterprise ($199.99/month): All Professional features plus dedicated account manager, API access, white-label options, custom integrations, 24/7 phone support
Free Buyer Access
Buyers can browse, search, and purchase from the marketplace without any fees or subscriptions. This creates a vibrant ecosystem where sellers invest in quality while buyers shop freely.
Brand Account Privileges
Brands imported via CSV automatically receive seller privileges without subscription fees, as they are affiliate partners. They can post freely and manage their marketplace presence.
Product Listings
- Provide accurate product descriptions and specifications
- Use genuine product images
- Set fair and competitive pricing
- Maintain adequate inventory levels
- Update availability status promptly
Order Fulfillment
- Process orders within stated timeframes
- Provide tracking information
- Ensure proper packaging and shipping
- Handle returns and refunds professionally
- Provide accurate shipping and contact information
- Complete payments promptly
- Communicate clearly with sellers
- Review products fairly and honestly
- Report issues within specified timeframes
Payment Processing
All subscription payments are processed through PayPal, providing secure and reliable transaction handling. Transaction details are recorded and invoices are automatically generated.
Invoicing System
- Invoices are automatically generated for all subscription payments
- Each invoice includes detailed breakdown of charges
- Invoices can be downloaded from the user dashboard
- Invoices are retained for tax and accounting purposes
Transaction Fees
Platform marketplace transactions may be subject to standard processing fees. Sellers are responsible for applicable taxes and duties related to their sales.
Verification and Security
All transactions are subject to verification. We reserve the right to hold or cancel transactions that appear fraudulent or violate our policies.
In case of disputes:
- Contact the other party directly through our messaging system
- If unresolved, escalate to our support team
- Our team will mediate and make a final decision
- For legal disputes, arbitration as outlined in our Terms of Service applies
The following are prohibited on our marketplace:
- Illegal products or services
- Counterfeit or unauthorized goods
- Stolen property
- Hazardous materials without proper licensing
- Products that violate intellectual property rights
- Adult content or services
Seller Subscription Fees
- Basic Tier: $29.99/month or $299.99/year (17% savings)
- Professional Tier: $79.99/month or $799.99/year (17% savings)
- Enterprise Tier: $199.99/month or $1,999.99/year (17% savings)
Additional Services
- Verification badge: $99/year (optional)
- Featured listings: Included in Professional and Enterprise tiers
- Custom branding: Included in Professional and Enterprise tiers
No Buyer Fees
Buyers enjoy completely free access to browse and purchase without any subscription or membership fees.
Platform administrators have the authority to moderate, suspend, or ban accounts that violate marketplace terms. This includes reviewing content, managing user disputes, and ensuring platform integrity.
