Marketplace & Social Media Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all commercial activities, product listings, creator monetization, digital point purchases, and payout dispatches within The Kings Ark Mingle™ Social Media & B2B Marketplace, accessible via www.kingsideaconnections.org, ark-i.kingsideaconnections.org, and ai.kingsideaconnections.org.
1. Purchase of Digital Activity Tokens / Platform Points
Users who acquire virtual coins, points, or platform tokens do so strictly as a consumable digital utility license to participate in in-app activities (including media tipping, reel boosting, creator engagement, and digital trade tools).
- Points are non-investment digital goods and carry zero equity or dividend ownership.
- Point purchases are non-refundable once loaded into the user’s platform balance.
- Points are strictly utilized as operational units of platform engagement within Mingle™ Social.
2. Classification of Payouts as "Independent Activity Proceeds"
Creators, merchants, and operators who earn balances through content monetization, tips, subscriptions, or B2B sales inside The Kings Ark do so as independent digital participants.
⚖️ Strict Non-Employment & Independent Contracting Covenant:
All monetary distributions, balance withdrawals, or creator payouts issued by Kings Idea Connections and Outsourcing are legally classified as Payouts for Independent Platform Activity Proceeds.
Participation on Mingle™ Social or The Kings Ark Marketplace does NOT constitute an employment relationship, agency, partnership, joint venture, or labor contract between the user and Kings Idea Connections and Outsourcing. Users are not employees, workers, or salaried staff of the platform.
3. Individual Tax Compliance Across Local Jurisdictions
While Kings Idea Connections and Outsourcing disburses activity proceeds in accordance with its registered corporate legal framework, users are solely responsible for determining, declaring, and remitting any applicable income taxes, sales taxes, VAT, or local withholdings required by their own home country or sovereign legal jurisdiction upon withdrawing activity proceeds.
Sellers listing physical or digital inventory inside the B2B Marketplace maintain active subscription tiers to ensure network quality:
- Basic ($29.99/mo | $299.99/yr): Up to 10 marketplace items, 5 reels per month, standard analytics, executive email support.
- Professional ($79.99/mo | $799.99/yr): Unlimited posts & reels, ARKGPT trade integration, priority buyer matching, featured catalog positioning.
- Enterprise ($199.99/mo | $1,999.99/yr): Dedicated account node, custom API endpoints, white-label marketplace tools, WhatsUp conferencing, 24/7 priority dispatch.
Subscriptions, transaction fees, and enterprise settlements are processed through secure payment pipelines (including PayPal, Microsoft AppSource, and Mingle Web3 Wallet rails).
- Automated Invoicing: Tax-compliant digital invoices are generated automatically for every subscription and deal transaction, downloadable directly from the dashboard.
- Escrow & Verification: B2B marketplace settlements may be subject to automated escrow holding until proof of dispatch or delivery verification is confirmed.
The following are strictly banned across both Mingle™ Social and the Marketplace:
- Counterfeit, stolen, or unlicensed proprietary goods.
- Hate speech, harassment, impersonation, or predatory activity.
- Fraudulent financial schemes, unauthorized securities promotion, or money laundering.
- Sanctioned or restricted materials violating international trade laws.
In the event of a commercial or creator payout dispute:
- Direct Resolution: Attempt resolution via Mingle Messages or WhatsUp Conferencing.
- Platform Review: Escalate to support@kingsideaconnections.org for administrative review.
- Binding Mediation: Platform compliance officers will review ARKGPT logs and transaction manifests to render a final, binding platform decision.
