At Kings Idea Connections and Outsourcing (also known as Kings Global Fundings), privacy is paramount. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, safeguard, process, and protect your corporate and individual data across The Kings Ark Mingle™ Social & B2B Marketplace Ecosystem.
Our infrastructure operates on a zero-trust, serverless architecture across our verified nodes: www.kingsideaconnections.org, ark-i.kingsideaconnections.org, and ai.kingsideaconnections.org.
1. Identity, authentication and verification
Profile data collected through supported authentication providers, including NextAuth/OAuth connections such as Google, GitHub, Microsoft, and PayPal where enabled, may be stored in encrypted application and Blob infrastructure for persistent identity verification, account security, session management, fraud prevention, and service delivery.
Information explicitly provided during account registration or SSO authentication, including full name, business identity, corporate email, role credentials, profile avatars, and wallet preferences.
2. Trade, sourcing and support ledgers
Sourcing requests, RFQs, product and trade records, wallet ledgers, invoices, payment confirmations, and support ticket records may be retained for transaction tracking, tax record-keeping, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance under applicable Guatemalan commercial statutes.
3. ARKGPT & Trade Data
To facilitate autonomous B2B deal-pairing and trade insights, our ARKGPT engine processes product catalog specifications, tariff codes, trade query histories, and communication manifests.
3. Automated Edge Telemetry
Our serverless edge infrastructure (Vercel Edge & Cloudflare WAF) automatically collects anonymized request telemetry, IP hashes, device classifications, and network security metrics to prevent bot attack traffic and secure account integrity.
We process data exclusively to deliver high-performance, secure digital services:
- To authenticate operators through Google Workspace SSO and native Mingle pipelines.
- To power ARKGPT autonomous trade matching and B2B buyer-seller pairing engines.
- To execute WebRTC live streaming and WebConferencing inside WhatsUp features.
- To process "Activity Proceeds" disbursements, wallet tracking, and automated invoicing.
- To defend platform integrity via Cloudflare zero-trust security and threat mitigation.
Kings Idea Connections and Outsourcing DOES NOT sell, rent, monetize, or trade user personal data, trade queries, or corporate manifests to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
Data is disclosed strictly when necessary to execute authorized transactions (e.g., sharing delivery details with logistics carriers or payment processors) or when mandated by binding law enforcement orders.
Every platform operator maintains full sovereign control over their data:
- Right of Access & Export: Request a full digital archive of your account manifests and trade activity.
- Right to Rectification: Update or modify business listings and credentials instantly via dashboard tools.
- Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Request total purge of non-financial user data from platform stores.
Payment details are handled by PayPal, Google Pay, banks, and authorized processors; we do not request or store full card credentials in the application. Providers may collect identity, device, fraud, transaction, and dispute data under their own notices.
AI matching, writing, image generation, moderation, trade, seller, shipper, carrier, buyer, government, funder, Mingle Social, talent, outsourcing, and logged-in user features process only the information needed to provide, secure, improve, and audit those services. Do not submit secrets, regulated data, or another person's information without a lawful basis.
We retain financial, consent, dispute, security, and compliance records as required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and processor obligations. Requests for access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction may be submitted through the support ticket center.
