Reports help our operations and trust teams investigate platform abuse, unsafe conduct, incorrect listings, account compromise, accessibility barriers, and technical failures.

Include useful context

  • The URL, listing, account, organization, or record involved.
  • What happened, when it happened, and the impact.
  • Screenshots or non-sensitive evidence when safe to share.
  • Your preferred follow-up channel and whether the issue is urgent.
