By accessing or using The Kings Ark Mingle+ platform operated by Kings Idea Connections and Outsourcing (Kings Global Fundings), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legitimate business entity to use this platform.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You must not share your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
Seller Subscriptions & Fees
All sellers must maintain an active paid subscription of $50.00 per month to post content, access the marketplace, and utilize platform features. This subscription grants full access to:
- Unlimited marketplace listings
- Post and reel creation with AI assistance
- Analytics and performance tracking
- Priority customer support
Commission Structure
In addition to the monthly subscription, we charge commission fees on completed deals based on the total deal size:
- Small Deals (Under $100,000): 5% - 10% commission
- Medium Deals ($100,001 - $500,000): 7.5% commission
- Large Deals (Over $500,000): 5% fixed commission
Commission rates are automatically calculated based on your deal size tier. You select your primary tier during registration, but actual commission is calculated per transaction.
Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through PayPal
- Monthly subscriptions auto-renew on the same day each month
- Commission fees are deducted automatically when deals close
- Detailed invoices are provided for all transactions
- Failed payments will result in account suspension after 3 days
Free Access for Buyers
Buyers can browse the marketplace, view posts and reels, interact with content, and make purchases without any subscription fees. The platform is completely free for buyers.
AI Features
Paid subscribers ($50/month) gain access to premium AI features including:
- AI-powered post and content generation
- AI image creation for marketing materials
- Automated product descriptions
- Smart audience targeting recommendations
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months, unused features, or commission fees already paid.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for the remainder of their subscription period.
All brands on The Kings Ark Mingle+ platform are equipped with trained AI assistants that provide instant support and information to customers.
AI Assistant Features
- 24/7 availability to answer product and service questions
- Personalized recommendations based on customer needs
- Instant quotes and pricing information
- Order tracking and status updates
- Technical support and troubleshooting
- Seamless escalation to human representatives when needed
These AI assistants are trained on each brand's specific product catalog, policies, and expertise to provide accurate and helpful responses. You can interact with any brand's AI assistant through the ARKGPT chat widget available throughout the platform.
Data Usage and Privacy
All conversations with brand AI assistants are encrypted and used solely to improve service quality. We do not share conversation data with third parties without explicit consent.
Important Disclosure
Kings Global Funding is a funding marketplace facilitator, NOT a bank, lending institution, or financial services provider. We connect fund seekers with independent funders. All funding agreements are directly between seekers and funders.
Platform Role & Limitations
- Kings Global Funding operates as a marketplace connecting fund seekers and funders
- We do not provide loans, credit, or any financial products directly
- We do not guarantee funding approval or successful matches
- All funding decisions are made solely by independent funders
- We are not responsible for the actions or decisions of any funder or seeker
Funding Commission & Fees
- Platform Fee (Fund Seekers): 2.5% of successfully funded amount
- Funder Commission: 1.5% facilitation fee on funded deals
- Fees are only charged upon successful funding completion
- No upfront fees for listing or applying for funding
- All fees are clearly disclosed before any transaction
Funder Partnership Agreement
By registering as a Funder on Kings Global Funding, you agree to:
- Complete verification and KYC/AML compliance requirements
- Provide legal, compliant funding to fund seekers
- Disclose all terms, interest rates, and conditions clearly to seekers
- Take sole responsibility for funding decisions and risk assessment
- Resolve disputes through proper legal channels
- Accept the 1.5% facilitation commission on successful deals
Fund Seeker Obligations
- All information provided must be accurate and truthful
- Funds must be used for stated purposes only
- Seekers must honor funding agreements with funders
- Seekers are responsible for repayment according to agreed terms
- Misrepresentation may result in legal action and platform ban
Risk Disclosure
- All investments carry risk, including potential loss of capital
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- Funders should conduct their own due diligence
- Kings Global Funding does not provide investment advice
- Users should consult financial advisors for major decisions
Dispute Resolution
Disputes between seekers and funders must be resolved directly between the parties. Kings Global Funding may assist in mediation upon request but is not obligated to do so. Platform decisions on user violations are final. Legal disputes shall be governed by applicable laws and may require binding arbitration.
Funding Limitation of Liability
Kings Global Funding, Kings Idea Connections & Outsourcing, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the funding marketplace, funding transactions, or any disputes between users. Maximum liability is limited to platform fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
- Use automated systems to scrape or collect data
- Engage in spam or unsolicited marketing
The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kings Global Fundings and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with the platform.
Kings Global Fundings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
