Seller Subscriptions & Fees

All sellers must maintain an active paid subscription of $50.00 per month to post content, access the marketplace, and utilize platform features. This subscription grants full access to:

• Unlimited marketplace listings
• Post and reel creation with AI assistance
• Analytics and performance tracking
• Priority customer support

Commission Structure

In addition to the monthly subscription, we charge commission fees on completed deals based on the total deal size:

• Small Deals (Under $100,000): 5% - 10% commission
• Medium Deals ($100,001 - $500,000): 7.5% commission
• Large Deals (Over $500,000): 5% fixed commission

Commission rates are automatically calculated based on your deal size tier. You select your primary tier during registration, but actual commission is calculated per transaction.

Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through PayPal
• Monthly subscriptions auto-renew on the same day each month
• Commission fees are deducted automatically when deals close
• Detailed invoices are provided for all transactions
• Failed payments will result in account suspension after 3 days

Free Access for Buyers

Buyers can browse the marketplace, view posts and reels, interact with content, and make purchases without any subscription fees. The platform is completely free for buyers.

AI Features

Paid subscribers ($50/month) gain access to premium AI features including:

• AI-powered post and content generation
• AI image creation for marketing materials
• Automated product descriptions
• Smart audience targeting recommendations

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months, unused features, or commission fees already paid.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for the remainder of their subscription period.

All brands on The Kings Ark Mingle+ platform are equipped with trained AI assistants that provide instant support and information to customers.

AI Assistant Features

• 24/7 availability to answer product and service questions
• Personalized recommendations based on customer needs
• Instant quotes and pricing information
• Order tracking and status updates
• Technical support and troubleshooting
• Seamless escalation to human representatives when needed

These AI assistants are trained on each brand's specific product catalog, policies, and expertise to provide accurate and helpful responses. You can interact with any brand's AI assistant through the ARKGPT chat widget available throughout the platform.

Data Usage and Privacy

All conversations with brand AI assistants are encrypted and used solely to improve service quality. We do not share conversation data with third parties without explicit consent.
